A-list posture

Celebrities look great on the red carpet because they know how to work their bodies for the camera.

Coleen’s trick is to stand with one hand on her hip and her weight on her back foot.

To get great celeb posture, follow the 30 per cent rule Coleen swears by.

Draw your stomach into your spine by 100 per cent, then again to 70 per cent, then 50 and finally 30 per cent. Then hold this position every day.

It’s almost like wearing a Victorian corset, with your muscles working to give you extra support when you move.

Increase the percentage whenever you need it more – so if you’re lifting shopping bags increase it to 50 per cent.

Now every time you get dressed, pretend your clothes as your ‘best outfit’ as you pose in the mirror. As you gradually hold a better posture, you’ll notice the difference.

Another tip is to go ‘naked shopping’!

Coleen has insisted that she does not spend much time with other WAGs and prefers to have quiet nights in than go out partying.

Coleen claimed that she avoids the wives and girlfriends of other footballers, saying: “I hardly ever see any of the others, I hang out with my own friends.”

McLoughlin, who is planning to marry Rooney in a ceremony next summer, said that the pair try not to go to celebrity parties.

She added: “We don’t really have many nights out. We go to meals at our favourite restaurants but that’s about it.”

Rooney also spoke out about the other WAGs, insisting to OK! that Coleen is nothing like the other partners: “WAG label is just a tag. It’s like saying that all footballers’ wives and girlfriends are the same and they aren’t.”

Coleen McLoughlin has threatened to call off her wedding to Wayne Rooney over his antics at the notorious Manchester United Christmas party.

She was furious when she heard about the sordid bash where girls had orgies with first-team players - and fiance Roo asked two girls if they had ever had a threesome.

A pal said: “She started screaming and shouting, ‘How could you do this to me? Don’t ever, ever do this again. If you do, the wedding’s off’.

“Things got thrown around and she made it clear this was his last chance. She stormed out of the house - but he adores her and has been calling and texting her begging for forgiveness.”

The row started on Wednesday morning when Coleen, 21, read how United players had shipped in 100 girls for their Christmas party - and how her 22-year-old fiance sidled up to girls at the booze-fuelled, 15-hour bash and quizzed them about threesomes before showing off his sexy dance moves.

A close friend of the multi-millionaire WAG, who is appearing in TV show Star Traders with Phillip Schofield, said: “Coleen isn’t stupid. She knew the party was going to be a lads’ night out, but she had no idea 100 girls were going to be shipped in, basically for sex.

Coleen McLoughlin has shifted 500,000 bottles of her signature scent, Coleen.

It’s estimated the top WAG, who launched the perfume in July, will earn £2million in commission.

Coleen retails for £19.95 and is the top fragrance for Christmas - ahead of perfumes by Christina Aguilera and other A-listers.

‘Every schoolgirl who fancies the idea of bagging a millionaire footballer wants it,’ says a source. ‘They don’t care what it smells like, it’s just the thought of entering Coleen’s world.’

The 21-year-old went to a great deal of trouble to create the individual Eau De Toilette and Wayne Rooney helped her make the final selection.

Coleen McLoughlin admits she won’t be opening her presents on Christmas morning with live-in lover Wayne Rooney - because the footie ace will be out training.

‘It’s a bit of a shame in a way as I’d like to be with Wayne all day,’ she sighs.

‘But it’s been like this for five years now. It goes with the job.’

The Man United star is sure to make it up to his 21-year-old fiancée with a fabulous present.

‘Wayne is very generous. Last year he gave me a Bentley, which was amazing,’ Coleen tells Hello!

Wayne Rooney’s wedding to Coleen McLoughlin promises to be a rather more illustrious affair.

The couple has spoken for the first time about their forthcoming nuptials - and their ongoing quest to find the perfect venue.

Indeed, so determined is 21-year-old Miss McLoughlin to make the big day memorable, she has scoured much of Europe to find a suitable venue ahead of their church ceremony next June.

Accompanied by her mother, Colette, she has searched throughout France, Italy, England with a trip to Ireland planned over the coming weeks - at a combined estimated cost of over £20,000.

“We always knew we wanted to get married this summer but it was just a question of when,” Miss McLoughlin told Hello! magazine.

“With Wayne’s football commitments it was hard for us to find a window to do it, but now we have a better idea we can start planning it.

“As soon as we knew the month I started looking for locations and when we make our decision on that then we can put a precise date in the diary.

“It’s simple really; I have always wanted to have a summer wedding and Wayne’s time off is really limited. June fits in with that.”

With Rooney, 22, on club duty with Manchester United, it has been left to his fiancée of four years to do the leg work.
