Coleen’s trick is to stand with one hand on her hip and her weight on her back foot.
To get great celeb posture, follow the 30 per cent rule Coleen swears by.
Draw your stomach into your spine by 100 per cent, then again to 70 per cent, then 50 and finally 30 per cent. Then hold this position every day.
It’s almost like wearing a Victorian corset, with your muscles working to give you extra support when you move.
Increase the percentage whenever you need it more – so if you’re lifting shopping bags increase it to 50 per cent.
Now every time you get dressed, pretend your clothes as your ‘best outfit’ as you pose in the mirror. As you gradually hold a better posture, you’ll notice the difference.
Another tip is to go ‘naked shopping’!
