Coleen is soaking up the sun in Barbados at the moment. She wrote in her Closer column this week that she and two of her friends were going together and staying in “a lovely hotel.”

She also wrote about how she’s not worried about getting into a bikini, “I’m not too worried about wearing a bikini as I’ve been quite good with my diet and exercise recently. And anyway, I want to enjoy my holiday rather than worry about how I look.”

The first episode of Coleen’s Real Women has aired, and I would love to hear what all the Coleen fans out there thought of it?

I personally thought it was really good and I thought Coleen did an excellent job! She wasn’t at all as nervous as I thought she might be, considering she hasn’t done something like this before — she was fab! I also thought the show as a whole was good, interesting and just entertaining to watch.

The girl that got the Pretty Polly job was beautiful and seemed really nice, so I’m glad she got it. Go mum of two!

All in all, great first episode - well done, Coleen!

There was a report in the Liverpool Daily Post, earlier this month, claiming that Coleen and Wayne are getting matching tattoos instead of wedding rings, but it is not true. Coleen calls the report “a load of rubbish,” in her latest Closer column. She says, “I’m not into tattoos - I haven’t got any and I’m not planning on getting any, either!”

So there you go, yet another silly story without an ounce of truth to it. But if you think about it, what would a girl rather have on her ring finger — a tattoo or a big gorgeous diamond ring??

Tattoos are a girl’s best friend…….oh wait.

Coleen has confessed she was secretly thrilled when her book beat Wayne Rooney’s in the best-seller lists.

She said her England star fella was teased by pals after her autobiography Welcome to My World stayed at No1 for longer than his offering.

She said: “Both mine and Wayne’s books did really well, but mine stayed at No1 for nearly two months, which was even better than his did.

She’s famous for her love of designer outfits but when Coleen McLoughlin goes on a serious shopping trip, there’s one person she leaves at home - her fiancee, Manchester United star Wayne Rooney.

“I don’t think Wayne takes much interest in what I wear,” she laughs.”I don’t take him shopping with me. I think girls are better at that. It’s my mum I listen I trust her advice.”

In fact, the last time Wayne did offer his fashion advice he told Coleen he thought her bum looked big in her Juicy Couture tracksuits. I still wear them because they’re comfortable but only the darker colours!” she grins.

We’re perched on plastic chairs, in a back room in the Lowry Hotel in Manchester. For a woman who is photographed every time she walks out her front door, she’s surprisingly shy.

Throughout our interview the 21-year-old plays nervously with the walnut-sized diamond on her engagement finger - at one point tugging the £25,000 sparkler so vigorously, she accidentally flings it under a nearby table.
